Role of Hidden Italia
Hidden Italia acts as an independent travel consultant and booking agent. We do not operate as a tour operator and do not provide travel services directly.
When you confirm a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the relevant supplier (such as hotels, transport providers, or experience operators).
Fees & payments
- Planning and consultancy fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Supplier deposits and balance payments are subject to each supplier’s individual terms and deadlines.
- Prices are subject to availability until confirmed.
Changes & cancellations
- Amendments or cancellations may incur charges from suppliers and/or additional consultancy fees.
- Supplier cancellation policies apply and may be strict.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must be in place at the time of booking.
Liability
Hidden Italia is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party suppliers. Any issues relating to travel services should be addressed directly with the supplier concerned.
Acceptance
By confirming your booking, you confirm acceptance of Hidden Italia’s full Terms & Conditions and the
individual terms of all suppliers involved.
